Responsible for translating vehicle-level power battery requirements into component selection and sizing, and developed a pre-concept architecture proposal aligned with OEM performance targets and V-model development milestones. 2. Responsible for competitive benchmarking and frontier technology research to sustain technical edge in battery system design, with structured gap assessment against OEM performance targets and industry innovation trends. 3. Responsible for technical due diligence with battery suppliers to validate feasibility of cell design concepts. 4. Monitored emerging technology adoption in the battery industry and evaluated project feasibility.职位要求1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in automotive OEM or battery manufacturing, with leadership in developing minimum one mass production projects for automotive battery systems. 2. Relevant academic background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Automotive Engineering, or Power Electronics disciplines. 3. Proficiency in critical component technologies in battery systems including cell architecture, structural material selection, manufacturing process optimization, and production control systems; define cell safety margins and reliability thresholds through accelerated life testing and failure mode analysis. 4. Proficiency in high-voltage safety architecture, reliability engineering, and thermal runaway mitigation design for battery systems. 5. Proficiency in thermal management system architecture, control strategy development, and multiphysics simulation for battery systems. 6. Proficiency in electrical component selection, schematic design, high-voltage/low-voltage design specifications, and EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) engineering for battery systems. 7. Proven experience in resolving critical engineering issues including cell-level thermal runaway mitigation, high-voltage contactor arcing suppression, and fuse coordination in 800V battery systems. 8.
