2. Responsible for planning lightweight technology for battery pack structures, understanding the development of advanced industry technologies, and promoting the preliminary research and project application of new materials, new processes, and new structures.
3. Responsible for identifying and evaluating the rationality of battery pack weight targets, and providing guidance and review for weight reduction plans of key components.
4. Responsible for researching cutting-edge industry technologies and analyzing the structural design of major competitors' products for benchmarking, establishing a benchmarking design database.职位要求1. Minimum 5 years of work experience as a design or launch/sustaining engineer, preferably in battery or automotive OEM, with a major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficient in the vehicle development process and validation principles; experienced in power battery design and development workflows, as well as vehicle testing and validation; forward-looking perspective on industry trends in power battery design; capable of creatively proposing structural design solutions tailored to specific requirements.
3. Preferred experience with various manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping, thermoforming, welding/brazing, plating, heat tresting, and bonding.
4. Forward-looking understanding of industry trends in battery structural design; creative and applied capabilities in innovation; proficient in cutting-edge technologies and advanced materials relevant to battery system design.
