You will be at the forefront of crafting interior designs that seamlessly blend advanced technology, premium craftsmanship, and innovative user experiences. Working closely with creative teams in Munich and headquarters in China, you will transform visionary concepts into production-ready interiors that define the brand’s identity and push the boundaries of electric mobility. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Creative Leadership in Interior Design - Lead interior design programs from concept ideation to production sign-off. - Create compelling sketches, renderings, and 3D visualizations that communicate a strong design vision. - Collaborate with digital and clay modeling teams to refine proportion, spatial layout, materials, and details. - Ensure designs integrate innovative HMI, UX, and infotainment features while meeting feasibility and regulatory requirements. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with engineering, CMF, and UX/UI teams to integrate cutting-edge technology and high-quality materials into the interior environment. - Maintain alignment with headquarters in China on design direction, timelines, and deliverables. - Participate in design reviews, supplier discussions, and prototype evaluations. 3. Trend & Technology Awareness - Stay informed on global design, lifestyle, and technology trends, especially in the EV and smart mobility sectors. - Translate user experience insights into impactful, human-centered interior design solutions. 4. Mentoring & Team Development - Guide junior interior designers through feedback and creative leadership. - Contribute to a collaborative, innovative studio culture that promotes bold ideas.职位要求【Qualifications】 1. Essential: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or related field. - Minimum 7 years’ experience in interior design for automotive OEMs or top-tier design consultancies. - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative interior concepts through to production implementation. - Proficiency in design tools such as Alias, Blender, VRED, Photoshop, or similar. - Exceptional sketching, storytelling, and visualization skills. - Fluent in English, with strong intercultural communication ability. 2. Preferred: - Experience in electric vehicle interior design and understanding of EV packaging benefits. - Knowledge of UX/UI integration and ergonomic requirements. - Familiarity with German and/or Mandarin. - Previous work experience with Chinese OEMs or cross-continental design projects. 3.
