5. Create and manage target sheets, validation roadmaps, risk assessments, and technical documentation.

2. At least 5 years of experience in total vehicle development or validation, ideally with exposure to benchmarking and target setting.
3. Knowledge of European automotive regulations, vehicle design, vehicle safety, validation processes, and customer-oriented product definition.
4. Familiarity with requirements management, benchmarking databases, and validation methods.
5. Analytical and conceptual skills, paired with interdisciplinary thinking.
6. Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong team spirit.
7. Fluent written and spoken English (report language), German or Chinese skills are a plus.
8. Willingness to travel.
