Stepping into store leadership in Onehunga

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to grow sales and raise team performance while shaping an environment where customers and team members want to return. You’ll help run the shop floor, address day-to-day issues, coordinate stock and merchandising, and keep the store aligned with yd. standards. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the yd. CLASS selling experience is felt by every customer, and you’ll support the visual merchandising to create an compelling in-store look and feel.

You’ll coach and motivate your team, provide steady feedback, and create development opportunities that help people grow and stay engaged. Your presence on the floor will build capability and confidence across the crew, and your hands-on leadership will set the tone for teamwork, collaboration and accountability.

A core part of the routine is walking the store with the Store Manager each week to spot opportunities, celebrate wins and translate those insights into actions that move results forward.
