About the Role
As a part of our Year in Industry Program you will have the opportunity to move between selected departments experiencing exposure to all areas of the business. This is a one-year training programme designed to provide broad on the job training.
Our one-year rotation programme will cover three mutually agreed modules from:
System Engineering
Air Vehicle Design Engineering
Software Engineering
Manufacturing Technology
Project Management
Developmental Opportunities
As well as gaining valuable, on the job experience from your 3 selected modules we also offer additional opportunities to develop through internally held training eligible to all colleagues, digital learning and peer-to-peer support. All of this is underpinned by regular 1 to 1’s with your line manager and more formal quarterly conversations to check in on your development progress.
About You
You will be expecting to obtain an upper second-class (2:1) or above BSc or Masters honors degree in a Science or Engineering subject. A UK driving license is desirable due to our office location and you will have a passion for aerospace.
