FORVIA is looking for a Year-Round Material Lab Intern for its Columbus, Indiana location

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Scope of Position:

• Complete work requests on-time and assist supervisor in maintaining accurate work order status.
• Supports development and validation of manufacturing processes.
• Promote & maintain an organized work environment per company policy.
• Apply safety standards in everyday work activities per company policy.
• Update records for quality and preventative maintenance systems

Your profile and competencies to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

•    Basic Engineering fundamentals
•    Good communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
•    Computer Skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based software. 
•    Education: College student (Materials/Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering)
