Your responsibilities

• You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle,
• You will be responsible for writing and publishing job advertisements in French and English for various positions,
• You support the HR Business Partnering team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee development, case management (absence, conflict, warning), and departure,
• You lead recruitment cycles for young talent positions (kick-off, job postings, screening, interviews and offers),
• You prepare impactful presentations, communications and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communication,
• Depending on your qualifications and interests, you will contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects within a young, dynamic and humorous team.

Your Profile

• You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent,
• You have a very good command of French and English. German is a plus,
• You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 10 months,
• You have excellent writing skills, are familiar with the MS Office suite and adapt easily to different IT systems,
• You stand out for your independence, your ability to work as part of a team, your communication skills and your dynamism. In addition, you have a positive and creative mindset.
