Your responsibilities

- You track and monitor product change requests from initiation through manufacturing implementation, gaining exposure to end-to-end change management processes.
- You maintain and update technical documentation, including product specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering change records.
- You prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor project progress and support decision-making.
- You prepare and maintain release documentation for serial and prototype components, gaining insight into product lifecycle management.
- You coordinate the implementation of new components and support phase-in/phase-out activities while monitoring inventory impacts.
- You coordinate testing requests and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of product changes.
- You support data management and reporting activities in systems such as Infor LN, Albatros, and SharePoint.
- You actively participate in the development and implementation of new business processes, moving the way how changes are implemented across the organization.
- You contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing change management processes and production efficiency.
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You have strong interest in processes, product lifecycle management, and change management within an industrial environment.
- You are proficient in analytical tools, familiarity with ERP systems, PLM tools, or data analysis is an asset.
- You are eager to learn about business process development and implementation, product change implementation, cross-functional project coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- You possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in French and English.
