Youth Support Worker – Transition to Work

APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking passionate individuals to join our Lakemba, NSW team.

For this role we are looking for someone who is bilingual - fluent in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment
• Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders
• Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities
• Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
