MacKillop Family Services is seeking multiple Residential Care Workers for the Barwon region with immediate start and flexible part-time and casual roles in the Out of Home Care program, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor. You’ll provide safe, supportive accommodation for young people with complex needs and help them build life skills in a therapeutic setting. Key requirements include a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or equivalent), a genuine interest in young people, and strong emotional self-regulation with clear boundaries. Must hold a valid driver’s licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening; MacKillop assists with checks.
