Google is hiring a YouTube Special Projects Senior Associate for Agencies and Partners to join its Go-to-Market Operations team in an onsite, full-time capacity based in Singapore, AU. The role focuses on shaping how third-party partners and agencies go to market with YouTube products, especially around creator advertising, and it suits someone who can bridge strategy with hands-on deliverables. The position sits within a team that helps accelerate growth by aligning priorities, resources, and tools across the agency ecosystem.

In this Go-to-Market group, the emphasis is on building the framework that lets sales teams capture the full value of YouTube, while ensuring flawless execution and scalable outcomes. The company expects someone who can speak clearly to agency leaders, translate complex ad solutions into practical business narratives, and drive product adoption across a network of partners. The role calls for strong commercial instincts, analytical chops, and the ability to manage cross-functional programs across the Ads organization.

The team seeks a collaborator who can energize the 3P ecosystem on YouTube by delivering practical, results-oriented programs that align with strategic priorities.

The day-to-day in the YouTube partnerships engine

Collaboration is ongoing with APAC Sales to arm essential agencies and SaaS platforms with targeted capabilities, tooling, and deep integrations that advance YouTube creator advertising initiatives.

Partnerships with internal teams will include advocating for partner product requirements and helping to bring next-generation, AI-powered creator ad solutions to market through coordinated cross-functional efforts with Sales and Partnerships.

There will be a focus on spotting new opportunities to grow the YouTube influencer ecosystem, aligning resources and priorities to accelerate third-party partner growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with desired business outcomes.
