职位描述
1.Service Order Monitoring: Monitor and compare Xiaomi and service provider's system data on daily basis, to correct unsynchronized data;
2.Monitor logistics status to identify abnormal data, especially orders with delay risks or lost parcels, and then follow up on abnormal order processing with the relevant owners.
3.Customer Feedback Support: Organize and document the feedbacks from non-system channels like user complaint letters, e-commerce issues, and then support the owners to track the handling progress.
4.Compilation of data for replacement and refund orders.
5.Execution of DOA return operations under the direction of the relevant owners.
职位要求
Ability to work 35 hours per week full-time and start quickly at our Paris office, preferably for a period of 4 to 6 months;
Fluency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of French is a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
Willingness to learn and take initiative in solving problems independently, as well as collaborate effectively with different teams and departments;
Strong sense of responsibility and aptitude for managing multiple tasks in parallel;
Good service orientation and empathy, ability to provide reasonable and satisfactory solutions to users.
