We're building 10x Team — a team of top-tier talent across diverse domains.
Over the past few years, large models have made a 10x leap in general capability. We believe the same 10x shift is now coming to every specific industry: when a domain truly meets world-class AI, the path from research to deployment, from idea to outcome, can collapse to a tenth of what it used to take.

We're inviting senior practitioners with deep domain expertise and a strong conviction in AI's potential to accelerate their fields. You'll work with frontier models, abundant compute, and real applications — joining us to identify the key problems in your field, build the evaluations and workflows that matter, and move on the work that's truly worth doing at unprecedented speed.
Areas of Focus
We are open to candidates from any domain with strong potential for deep integration with AI and large language models, and we are especially interested in, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Economics: AI’s impact on labor markets and productivity, market mechanism design in the AI era, macroeconomic modeling, policy effects of technology diffusion, and related topics.
- Finance: Quantitative research and strategies, financial text and multimodal data analysis, intelligent investment research and agent-based advisory, credit risk, anti-fraud, and related topics.
- Life Sciences: Genomics, single-cell analysis, protein/RNA structure, target discovery and molecular generation, ADMET, clinical data, and related topics.
- Law: Legal reasoning and case retrieval, contract review and compliance automation, legislative and regulatory text analysis, judicial and litigation data modeling, AI regulation and governance research, and related topics.
- Cybersecurity: Automated vulnerability discovery and validation, code auditing and threat modeling, adversarial robustness, red teaming and defense automation, malicious code and traffic analysis, AI safety and alignment, and related topics.

What You'll Do
- Lead research and product work from your domain perspective — pairing the highest-leverage problems in your field with MiniMax's frontier model capabilities
- Use frontier large models to work with large-scale data (text, image, audio, multimodal) — breaking through the data and efficiency limits of traditional research methods
- Translate your domain expertise — industry know-how, data context, regulatory landscape — into capability inputs for our models in your field
- Partner with internal research and product teams to ship AI into real industry scenarios
- Continue publishing in top venues in your field if you choose to — we actively support ongoing academic output

What We Look For
- Distinctive insight and deep grounding in your field. A systematic view of the key institutions, critical data resources, and frontline dynamics in your domain, with broad connections across the industry
- Methodological fluency with AI. You've already deeply integrated large models and ML methods into your own research or workflow, and you have independent views on the AI × your-field frontier
- End-to-end execution. Whether in academia or industry, you have a track record of taking projects from initial concept all the way through to delivery — on your own
