We’re looking for a Liaison Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for off-site Account Managers while creating, reviewing, and delivering accurate job tickets and job bags to support efficient manufacturing operations.

 

Job Priorities

· Establish and retrieve old job bags, if available.

· Review job tickets received from Account Managers for inconsistencies.

· Output and assemble job tickets in accordance with Job Ticket Procedures.

· Deliver job tickets to Scheduling.

· Physically update tickets in Manufacturing as requested by Account Managers.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Act as the primary contact for external Account Managers regarding job ticket preparation and updates.

· Maintain, organize, and retrieve job bags from the file room as needed.

· Print all required paperwork, collect proofs, and gather documentation to create complete work orders for Manufacturing.

· Conduct a preliminary review of job tickets for accuracy and consistency, checking job numbers, ISBNs, and other key identifiers.

· Learn and apply key vocabulary terms related to manufacturing processes to improve quality reviews of job tickets.

· Update released work orders based on requests from external Account Managers.

· Log completed jobs in RTP and deliver them to Scheduling.

 

Skills & Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to measure and use rulers frequently.

· Proficient in adding and subtracting fractions.

· Active listening skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Ability to learn, retain, and apply product knowledge and manufacturing details.

· Highly organized and dependable with a strong sense of accountability.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
