Account Manager, APAC (Australia-Based) at Swoogo is a remote contractor role supporting the Australia and APAC region, reporting to the Sr Director of Account Management. You will own the customer lifecycle, drive adoption, close renewals and expansions, hit targets, and build trusted cross functional relationships focused on customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in SaaS account management or customer success with customer experience, preferably in events or event tech, plus pipeline forecasting and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred). Bonus: Gainsight, registration tech, integrations or APIs, and subscription sales. As our Account Manager in Australia, you will help support the APAC region and report to our Sr. Director of Account Management to crush your quota and retain your book of business. We mean it when we say we work as a team, and need someone who can put their ego away and join in a group effort. This role requires confidence, strategic prioritization, and empathetic customer management. We’re 100% remote, and we get that it's not for everyone. Don’t worry, we stay in contact via Slack and twice yearly offsites, not to mention President’s Club! We also have a laser-sharp focus on our goals. We need a new team member with previous SaaS experience and a customer-first mentality!
