You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business and match their needs to Impel’s offerings. The successful candidate will join a small but rapidly scaling UK team that represents customers across the breadth of the country’s automotive retail sector. While the role is home-based, the team collaborates through scheduled conference calls, monthly and quarterly meetings, and social events to keep things cohesive and inclusive.

Impel emphasises results through a strong AI operating system for automotive retail. The company notes it has delivered 34 billion shopper interactions, influencing more than $8 billion in Sales and Service revenue across 51 countries. This is a chance to contribute to a growing platform that aims to unify the entire customer journey for retailers and OEMs. For more about Impel, visit impel.ai.

You’ll also partner with colleagues from other teams to ensure campaign structures and strategies align with client business objectives, while quickly identifying and resolving any barriers to success by coordinating internal resources. You’ll feed customer insights back to Product teams to inform new features and enhancements, and you’ll ensure client requests are addressed with urgency and professionalism, all while documenting ongoing engagement in Salesforce and contributing to projects or initiatives as needed. Supporting teammates when necessary is part of the role as well.
