Klipboard is seeking an Internal Account Manager to manage a UK and Ireland portfolio within the UKI Account Management Team, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long term relationships with board and C‑suite decision makers to drive customer satisfaction, adoption and revenue growth. You will combine strategic account planning with hands on sales activity, meeting annual targets, qualifying and closing opportunities, and driving cross sell through structured HubSpot cadences while managing ERP GO and long tail initiatives. You will report monthly on activity and forecasts in the CRM, map customer structures to unlock wider opportunities, and triage issues with cross functional teams to improve the customer experience. The role requires software sales experience, commercial acumen, and a proactive hunger to grow; knowledge of Klipboard products is a plus. This full time onsite role in Hungerford offers a flexible hybrid policy and a welcoming, inclusive culture with clear progression.

As an Internal Account Manager, you will strategically manage a portfolio of UK-based accounts as part of the UKI Account Management Team. Serving as the primary point of contact for your customers, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and effective adoption of our solutions.
This role requires close coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. You will also play a key role in supporting the wider Account Management function through collaboration, lead qualification, and customer experience management.
