Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking an Account Manager in Singapore to lead regional sales execution, negotiate contracts, and drive KPI achievement while coordinating with cross‑functional teams, logistics, legal and IT. The role requires keeping contracts current, maintaining accurate customer data in SAP and CRM, and overseeing day‑to‑day sales operations and planning, with occasional overseas travel. In this role, you will execute the implementation of sales activities and sales plan in the assigned area / region /customer, participate in negotiations and review sales contracts as directed by Management in order to achieve sales KPI, targets and objectives.
Accountabilities:
Process
▪ Acts as the Sales team interface with customers and other company departments in order to ensure understanding of customer requirements and proper communication between the Sales team and customers.
▪ Coordinates with Sales Manager to review all ongoing contracts to maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer terms and requirements for better informed Sales operations.
▪ Reviews all initial sales contracts, amendments, pricing letters etc. and ensures adherence to established policies, processes and regulations in order to take corrective action before releasing the documents for approval.
▪ Reviews outstanding and new customer complaints with the concerned department and provides appropriate response as per established policies and procedures, or escalate to the Sales Manager for more complex inquiries.
▪ Operates the customer portal and provides first line of customer support to ensure their understanding and good use of the portal
▪ Ensures customer’s data and information all fully and accurately maintained indifferent Sales and Marketing platform, including and not limited to SAP, SPPE, Segmentation, Sales work force, CRM and any other programs and customer’s data software
Operation Planning
▪ Monitors the agreed sales plan with the Sales Manager to measure performance against targets and take the required corrective action as directed by Management
▪ Prepares a periodic Sales operations report and coordinates with production scheduling team / vessel
Day-to-Day Operations
▪ Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sales team for the assigned area / region to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and complies with established policies, processes and procedures.
▪ Organize region sales in order to maintain minimum stock while achieving sales targets.
▪ Periodic review meetings with sales representatives and offices as assigned by Management
Additional Responsibilities
Act (within DOA standards) during the absence of commercial manager.
Sales Activities
▪ Coordinates with Logistics department in scheduling and shipment of products to customers in order to ensure timely delivery to customers.
▪ Coordinates with the Legal and Compliance department for legal review of new and non-standardised sales contracts in order to ensure compliance with the established legal policies and procedures.
▪ Coordinates with credit . accounts receivable , insurance. Cast house, EHS , Potlien , QA , supply, IT to provide necessary services to M&S department and clients
External Relationship Management
▪ Develop strong relationships with external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Commercials or related
▪ Must be based in Singapore
Minimum Experience:
▪ 2-3 years relevant experience in Marketing, Sales or Commercial area in similar industry, with preferably international experience.
Skills:
▪ Strong knowledge of the aluminium smelting industry
▪ Knowledge of commercial and operational systems/processes
▪ Understanding of a wide range of cultures and business practices
▪ Knowledge of ISO/TS and other quality requirements for Marketing & Sales and casting operations
▪ Ability to converse in English and Arabic (depending on the assigned region)
