We are a growing team looking for an Account Representative (Road Freight, operations) in the Commercial department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is in our Manchester office, Media City.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As Account Representative you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our road transportation activities. You will be supporting our operational teams across the company, help steer greater operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will: 
  • Consistently execute daily business (receiving orders, data entry, informing customer about shipment status etc.). 
  • Improve quality through proactive communication to customers and a detail-oriented approach
  • Troubleshoot daily issues and report on their status and actions taken to internal teams and customers 
  • Analyse the performance of our partners, holding them accountable in order to improve overall performance
  • Follow up the status of your customers' transport operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • 1 years of experience in an account management or operations role.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Energy and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
