ClearScore is hiring a permanent Accounts Payable Assistant in London with a hybrid pattern (two days in the office) to join a fast moving finance team supporting UK and global entities. You’ll own end-to-end PO and supplier invoice processing, weekly payment runs and reconciliations, and act as the main contact for PO, invoice and payment queries while maintaining strong controls and supporting employee expense reimbursements. The role offers study support toward AAT, CIMA or ACCA and exposure to Tipalti or Sage Intacct. To stand out, demonstrate solid AP experience in a high growth environment, excellent numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and clear communication. Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: London (two days per week in the office)
ClearScore is searching for a talented Accounts Payable Assistant on a permanent basis. You will be joining our finance team, based in London, to support ClearScore’s continued growth across the UK, South Africa, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, and across each of its business units (ClearScore, DriveScore and D•One).
We are looking for a dependable, bright, and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day processing of financial information across our global operations and help ensure the smooth running of our accounts payable function. We will also fund study towards gaining your accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) along with providing significant opportunities to learn via working closely with our finance team.
