You will process invoices payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements and petty cash, and handle office administration including reception duties. The successful candidate will bring a professional, proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail for high-volume data, strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication; training is provided and you can work well both independently and in a team. About the role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team! Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will consist of processing of invoices payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash, and liaising with internal and external customers. As well as this, you will be required to take ownership of the office administration function which will include assisting with reception duties. This position is full time Monday to Friday located at our Wollongong Head Office.
