We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to support the daily engagement and enrichment of residents in our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in enhancing quality of life through meaningful social, recreational, and wellness-focused programming.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of daily, evening, and weekend activity programs
  • Assist in developing and leading spiritual, intergenerational, recreational, and entertainment-based activities
  • Help maintain and update the monthly activities calendar
  • Encourage resident participation and foster a warm, inclusive environment
  • Celebrate residents’ milestones, birthdays, holidays, and special achievements
  • Set up and break down activity spaces and ensure supplies are organized and available
  • Document participation and provide feedback to improve programming

Qualifications:

  • Experience in senior living, recreation, activities,
  • Positive, outgoing, and patient demeanor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate older adults with varying levels of ability
  • Team-oriented with a genuine passion for resident enrichment
