Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role - Fixed term Maternity Leave Cover

Hours of work are:

  • Sunday 7:30am - 11:30pm
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 3:00pm

This is a fixed-term role with an end date of 13th December 2026

Do you have a knack for organisation and a passion for detail-oriented tasks? Are you comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Administration team!

We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in an administration or cashier role would be preferred. Generally, you will carry out the following tasks: 

  • Complete daily and weekly tasks relating to the administration of our stores (including banking) 
  • Maintain day-to-day integrity of the database.
  • Review relevant administration store reports and take applicable actions. 
  • Complete the steps required to process vendor orders. 
  • Complete weekly stock checks.
