This full-time, onsite role in Sydney sits in a collaborative, employee-owned firm that values excellence, passion, caring, integrity, collaboration and courage. You’ll manage shared inboxes, coordinate domestic and international travel, process expenses and timesheets, maintain records and help drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships with staff and suppliers. About the Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Team Administrator to join our National Administration team.
Working as part of a national support function, you'll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to employees across ACOR. From coordinating travel and responding to enquiries, to supporting finance processes and ensuring requests are resolved efficiently, you'll help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About You
You'll enjoy helping people and delivering great service, while bringing strong organisation and attention to detail to everything you do.
You'll likely have experience in administration, business support, customer service, travel coordination, office administration or a similar support role.
You'll also have:
Experience working with shared inboxes, travel coordination or finance administration will be highly regarded.
