Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

The Administrator Assistant contributes to the quality of life of our residents by providing administrator duties and office support functions to the village to ensure the smooth running of the operations. You will be highly detail-oriented, with great computer and admin skills.

 

Experience/Knowledge required

  • Excellent computer literacy, as you will work with many different programs.
  • Demonstrated competence in a similar role.
  • Be organised, accurate, motivated, and able to multitask.
  • Experience with rostering preferred.

Strength and competence in customer service and administration through experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Skills to interact and communicate with a varied client base.

  • Skills to review systems and implement efficiencies and change.
  • Administrative experience with Office 365
