headspace Eastern Shore in Rosny Park, TAS is hiring an Administration Officer for a part‑time ongoing role (0.6 FTE) to greet clients and families, manage reception, coordinate bookings and referrals, and provide behind‑the‑scenes admin support across programs. You’ll need admin or reception experience, ideally in health or community services, with a compassionate, client‑focused approach, strong communication and a commitment to confidentiality, plus the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment. The role offers a salary of $33.33 per hour plus 12% super, generous salary packaging up to $18,550, five weeks annual leave, EAP and Fitness Passport.
