Each is seeking a full-time payroll officer in Ringwood, onsite with hybrid options, offering $85,000 to $92,000 p.a. plus 12% super and salary packaging up to $18,550. You’ll deliver accurate, compliant payroll, support the fortnightly pay cycle, answer queries, and work with People & Culture on continuous improvement while assisting with reporting such as ABS, WGEA and year-end processing. What matters most is proven payroll experience, knowledge of payroll legislation and super, strong systems skills, and keen attention to detail plus the ability to build stakeholder relationships. We’re on the lookout for a naturally curious and driven payroll professional who enjoys problem-solving, exploring new possibilities, and contributing ideas that improve the way we work. In this role, you’ll help deliver accurate, compliant and timely payroll services, address payroll queries, and collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) to look at continuous improvement processes. You’ll also assist with reporting and audits, stay up to date with payroll-related legislation, and help strengthen the systems and processes that enable our teams to focus on delivering great care to communities.
