You Will:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks in the office;
  • Support the Country Manager in daily duties;
  • Generate and run reports using spreadsheets;
  • Collect data and utilize various tracking tools;
  • Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects;
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
  • Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation;
  • Plan and organise meetings;
  • Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements;
  • Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet-up, holiday party, annual team development event & happy hours);
  • Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork;
  • Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to support operational needs;
  • Cooperate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers, including payroll and accountancy companies;

Desired Experience: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
  • Positive attitude and openness to challenges;
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
