American Airlines is seeking a full-time Administrator, Inflight Dining in Fort Worth, TX, to own inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain continuity across catering operations while partnering with suppliers, procurement, and catering teams to meet designated lead times and keep warehouses and stations stocked. You’ll manage startup orders for new locations, track shipments, and provide timely reporting to leadership, with a focus on accuracy and operational readiness. Drive accurate inventory visibility and efficient product movement to support daily flight operations.

Lead training and process improvement initiatives that strengthen inventory accuracy and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Works with various suppliers to ensure that caterer orders are fulfilled and shipped within the designated lead times outlined by Onboard Dining Services
- Analyzes and approves Ipayables invoices from suppliers
- Collaborates with procurement and logistics analysts to ensure that sufficient inventory is maintained at warehouses as well as at all catering locations.
- Processes and manages startup orders for new station startups which includes station pre-visit and assistance in the startup location for the initial flight(s)

Supports new station startups, vendor transitions, and product rollouts to ensure operational readiness and continuity.

Tracks shipments and proactively resolves delays, disruptions, and supply chain issues.Collaborates with suppliers, catering partners, procurement, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on inventory and operational requirements.

Provides inventory reporting and operational updates to support leadership visibility and decision-making.

Delivers training and system guidance to catering partners on inventory reporting standards, inventory reconciliation, and inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock visibility and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

General knowledge of all commodities handled by the logistics team

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Onboard Dining Services operations

- Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. AirVision Inflight, AAPICS)
