Key Responsibilities:
Assess applications from international and domestic applicants, screen for Genuine Student (GS) from high-risk countries, generate Letters of Offer and issue and manage Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs)
Support the Marketing Manager with Lead conversion as appropriate
Liaise with education agents onshore and offshore, and Navitas Source Country Offices
Update and maintain student records and contribute to the alignment of systems/records with the University partner
Develop and maintain strong, effective and enduring partner relationships with agents, University and Navitas stakeholders
Participate in promotional activities as required
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
A relevant degree qualification and/or equivalent professional administrative training
Preferable experience in working in an international admissions environment including the assessment of international applications for admissions GS assessment experience in a complex educational organisation
Preferable demonstrated knowledge and experience of the ESOS Regulatory Framework and Student Visa Programme
Analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of attention to detail and proven ability to exercise judgement and initiative
High level of computer competency, including data management through record uploads and data retrieval in large scale databases and advanced MS Office skills
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with and establish effective professional relationships with internal and external clients from a range of backgrounds and cultures
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently under broad supervision and as part of a team and to maintain a high level of efficient client service
