This phone-based, frontline role has you answering enquiries, delivering tailored course guidance, and guiding applicants from enquiry to enrolment while collaborating with Marketing, Admissions and on-campus teams. You’ll manage a leads portfolio in Salesforce, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with admissions policies. Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience, a confident phone manner, CRM proficiency, empathy for diverse student journeys, and resilience to juggle priorities. In this phone-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective domestic students answering their questions, providing tailored course information, and guiding them through the admissions process. Your goal? To build trust, offer clarity, support students and drive enrolments for our colleges
You’ll work closely with the broader Student Recruitment and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless, student-first experience from enquiry through to enrolment.
