The Product Adoption Services team works alongside the Expert Product Services team to provide scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to many enablement activities and structured onboarding processes. As a Product Adoption Services Specialist, you will leverage product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients successfully implement and utilize Relativity's solutions, with a particular focus on supporting broader adoption initiatives and delivering standardized onboarding experiences.

This role requires prior Relativity experience - RCA is required.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding to ensure proper setup and initial adoption of Relativity products
  • Respond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across the product line
  • Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs created by LDI Education
  • Assist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address common business needs
  • Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges and potential improvement opportunities
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancements
  • Support customers within a specific segment or product area under the guidance of senior team members

Qualifications

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Robust organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus
