You’ve spent your career building real expertise in superannuation or financial planning, and now you’re ready for a role that puts that knowledge to work in a more strategic, technology-led way. As our Advice Solutions Analyst, you will own a platform that shapes how members navigate some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. HESTA is a fund built on doing the right thing by its members, and that purpose will show up in the work you do every day.

About the role

You will take full ownership of HESTA's digital advice platform, ensuring it stays accurate, compliant, and continually improving. Working across internal teams, external vendors, and advice SMEs in state offices around the country, you will manage the full lifecycle of the platform from system updates and testing through to user training and change communications.

•    Manage the SuperEd advice platform end-to-end, including system updates, compliance changes, SOA templates, and decision rule documentation.
•    Coach and support advice SMEs across state offices, developing training materials when new features and capabilities are released.

About you

You are a knowledgeable, self-directed professional with a strong grounding in superannuation or financial planning and a growing interest in how technology is reshaping the advice landscape. You bring strong attention to detail, solid stakeholder skills, and the kind of adaptability that comes from having navigated rapid change throughout your career.

•    RG 146 Generic and Specialist Knowledge (DFP1 and DFP4 equivalent) as a minimum
•    Solid experience in superannuation or wealth management, including a working understanding of personal advice documentation and SOA generation.
•    Practical experience with advice platforms and a technical curiosity around how digital advice systems connect and integrate.
•    A continuous improvement mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and the confidence to work autonomously and influence outcomes.
