Reporting to a Senior Academic Advisor, this role plays a critical part in supporting students’ understanding and navigation of academic policies, procedures, and degree requirements, while ensuring timely triage and referral to Academic Advisors and campus partners.
The Advising Assistant works with a diverse student population and is expected to contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment that supports student success and belonging.
This is a fast-paced, student-facing role that requires sustained attention, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage high volumes of inquiries during peak academic periods.
