Data is at the core of what we do at QiH, but our people are at the heart of our success!

At QiH, we have created an energetic and target-driven culture.

The Role

Our Commercial team is growing!

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Affiliate Sales Lead to take ownership of our affiliate programme and lead a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of publisher relationships, drive new business, and ensure sustainable performance across all affiliate channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll lead from the front, actively prospecting, negotiating, and building relationships, while setting clear goals and structure for the team.

You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, and Analytics to deliver on growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of three Affiliate Managers, creating an accountable, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

  • Own the commercial performance of the affiliate channel — setting and delivering revenue, margin, and lead volume targets.

  • Prospect and onboard new publishers, networks, and media partners to drive incremental traffic and lead generation.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements (CPA, CPL, hybrid, and RevShare) to maximise profitability and long-term partner value.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key publishers to secure premium placements and joint marketing opportunities.

  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth, making strategic decisions backed by ROI analysis.

  • Ensure operational excellence — from tracking and reporting accuracy to compliance and brand standards.

  • Represent QiH externally at affiliate events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and partnership reach.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Paid Media, Design, SEO, Analytics) to align creative, funnel, and conversion strategies.

  • Champion QiH’s values and culture, ensuring your team operates with integrity, professionalism, and energy.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing, ideally within iGaming, affiliate, or performance marketing.

  • Proven track record of delivering growth and managing teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate commercial models (CPA, CPL, hybrid, RevShare) and how they impact margin and ROI.

  • Hands-on experience prospecting, pitching, and closing new publisher partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident in client meetings, events, and calls.

  • Highly organised, structured, and proactive — able to manage both strategic planning and daily execution.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take decisive action.

  • Collaborative leader who inspires and supports others to perform at their best.

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a growth environment.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive base salary

  • Company bonus scheme

  • Private healthcare

  • Market-leading training programme

  • Recognition and reward scheme

  • Annual company conference (previous destinations include Bologna, Dubrovnik, Belgrade, Thessaloniki)

  • Regular happy hours, team lunches, and socials

  • Free coffee, drinks, and snacks
