IRT’s Aged Care Employee in the Wellbeing Services team at the IRT Sarah Claydon Aged Care Centre is a part-time role (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm, focused on planning and delivering engaging activities that enhance residents’ wellbeing. To be successful you’ll hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or recognised equivalent, current First Aid, and demonstrate initiative, strong written and verbal communication, and a warm, empathetic approach; knowledge of dementia is desirable. As an Aged Care Employee working within our Wellbeing Services team, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing programs and activities designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life of elderly residents. This role involves creating engaging and meaningful activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
