As Reddit continues to expand across Europe, we're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Agency Development Lead to grow Reddit's presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role will support DACH holding company and agency relationships and be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships, education programs, executive engagement, and next-generation business solutions.

You will develop strategic relationships and bring a business-building mindset, partnering closely with global agency leads, regional and local sales leaders, and key cross-functional stakeholders.

Location: This role is required to be based in Berlin or Hamburg.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies across the DACH region.
  • Act as a liaison between agencies/ holding companies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships.
  • Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies to grow agency partnerships and increase investment in Reddit across the DACH market.
  • Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and broader global and regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Formulate, negotiate, and execute partnership and trading agreements with agency holding companies.
  • Partner with Business Marketing to develop and contribute to tentpole events.
  • Lead educational programs and training sessions to drive best practices for using Reddit.
  • Work with agencies to strengthen creative strategy and execution to deliver positive business outcomes for clients.
  • Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams.
  • Partner with Sales on account planning initiatives to accelerate both new business acquisition and growth of existing advertisers.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, media partnerships, or agency development.
  • Deep understanding of the agency and holding company landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Proven success building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through influence and relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen with experience developing go-to-market strategies and regional growth plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English..
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly.
  • Passion for community, culture, and helping brands connect authentically with audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
