As the Agentic Project Change Lead at WPP, you will orchestrate the people side of a three‑year transformation to embed agentic AI across the enterprise, driving adoption, benefit realisation and minimal change fatigue. You’ll lead day‑to‑day delivery of change and adoption plans, develop communications collateral, apply ADKAR and stakeholder analyses, and translate complex programmes into practical end‑user materials. You’ll log risks, escalate where needed, advocate the cultural shifts of servant leadership, collaborate with the Centre of Excellence, and partner with external consultancies to deliver results across multiple time zones. To apply, show tangible success in global, cross‑functional change initiatives, strong communication, problem solving, and a user‑centred approach; highlight collaboration and a bias for action.
