What You'll Do:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll:
Work with business and technical teams to understand goals, challenges, and requirements
Gather, analyse, and document business needs in a clear and structured way
Help translate ideas and problems into practical requirements and user stories
Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements, and summaries
Support project delivery by helping track progress, risks, and outcomes
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders and contribute to workshops and discussions
You’ll be supported as you learn and grow, with opportunities to build confidence in both your analytical and communication skills.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field is helpful, but not essential.
