TE Connectivity is seeking an Air Terminal Cell Lead for the 1st shift in Grayslake, IL, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:30 pm. The role keeps the cell on schedule, ensures high quality, and applies lean practices such as 5S. Core duties include first piece inspection, guiding and training team members, setting daily expectations, inspecting finished orders, maintaining a clean and safe area, troubleshooting equipment, and updating Gemba boards for daily production meetings. Requirements: high school diploma, basic computer skills, ability to read blueprints, 3 to 5 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $23.00 to $25.00/Hour Depending on Experience (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
