We are excited to announce a newly developed purpose-driven role of an Allied Health Wellness Assessor within our service offering. This position is perfect for clinicians who want to apply their expertise in telehealth and advisory work, conducting structured wellness assessments and providing evidence-based recommendations, all without a direct in-person caseload.

This newly created role will involve:

  • Conducting telehealth wellness assessments for clients in home care and community settings
  • Using your clinical expertise to identify client needs, strengths, and wellness goals
  • Developing comprehensive, evidence-informed recommendations that enhance independence and quality of life
  • Collaborating with clients, their advocates, and internal teams including broader clinical teams to support optimal client outcomes
  • Participating in team discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and training to shape best-practice approaches

This role is assessment and advisory-focused, giving you the chance to stay connected to clinical practice while working autonomously and flexibly.

To be successful:

  • Qualified and experienced Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of functional assessment, goal setting, clinical recommendations and wellness planning.
  • Want a role without hands-on therapy caseloads.
  • Have collaborative multidisciplinary health advocacy skills within a growth mindset.
  • Be driven by team and individual performance goals.
  • Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
  • Can work independently while contributing to a supportive, quality-driven team culture.
