We are seeking an Alumni Relations Faculty Manager to be based in central Auckland. In this role, you will work to increase engagement by identifying and promoting the talent, advocacy, and support of our alumni and future alumni (students). You will directly support the faculties of Engineering and Design, Medical and Health Sciences, and Science.
This position sits within the Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) office, the core team responsible for engaging with alumni, friends, and philanthropic partners. Our work encompasses fundraising, global alumni relations, communications, database services, and governance support for external foundations managing the endowment fund.

We are looking for a highly engaged, multifaceted professional driven to foster relationships with faculty members and enhance alumni engagement and community activity. Serving as a key contact and conduit between faculty representatives and our alumni, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including events, mentorship programmes, and connections with student clubs.
You must be an excellent communicator with a natural flair for relationship management, acting as a primary point of contact for influential leaders and key operational managers. You will be comfortable navigating high-level meetings and presentations, managing event logistics, and possessing the technical aptitude required for data management. We are seeking an autonomous individual who consistently goes above and beyond to strengthen engagement and institutional relationships.
