The Warehouse Group is hiring an Online Fulfilment Team Member fixed term until February 1 2027 in Auckland, Sundays to Thursdays 6:00am to 2:30pm. You’ll pick and pack online orders, use RF scanners, meet targets, and handle stock movement while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and collaborating with a busy team. The key qualities are energy, reliability and a strong work ethic with attention to detail; you can work independently or as part of a team. Prior warehouse or RF experience helps but isn’t essential. In your application show pace and accuracy, highlight safety and teamwork, confirm shift and term, and show willingness to learn, plus note training and discounts.

Job Description

As an Online Fulfilment Team Member, you’ll play an important role in keeping our online operation running smoothly by:

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders
• Working within a busy distribution environment to meet daily targets
• Supporting stock movement and general warehouse tasks
• Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver for our customers

Sunday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm 

Qualifications

• We’re after team players with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

  You’ll ideally:

• Be reliable and able to work independently
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
• Have good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork
• Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or RF scanning experience is helpful, but not essential

Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
