Bombardier is hiring a full time onsite Analyst, Portfolio & Inventory Management, Planning & Methods in Québec. The role partners with Finance, Industrial Engineering and Methods to prioritize projects, define KPIs and dashboards, track progress, and lead portfolio governance with executives to accelerate execution while optimizing inventory across sites for a five year outlook. The successful candidate will communicate strategy and risks at all management levels, influence stakeholders to stay on schedule and budget, and drive capacity and inventory initiatives with measurable impact. Requirements include 5+ years in aerospace or a complex product environment, strong business acumen and financial literacy, MS Office with VBA and Power BI a plus, bilingual English/French; PMP is a plus. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and build strong partnerships to support strategy execution and business objectives.
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, project/portfolio management, capacity management, inventory management, engineering, operations and/or accounting finance.
• You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset).
• You have a strong business acumen, a good understanding of financial statements and can proactively identify and validate consistencies and accuracy of financial information.
• You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies (Microsoft Office suite proficiency required, VBA and Power BI skillset is an asset).
• You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management.
• You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• You are a good team player and highly reliable.
