CPKC is seeking an Analyst, Resource and Capacity Planning to deliver integrated, forward-looking capacity insights across the network. The role, based in Calgary or Kansas City, reports into Finance & Accounting and involves building and refining planning models, conducting scenario analyses, and delivering monthly to multi-year resource forecasts covering trains, crews, locomotives, and track capacity, plus KPIs and variance reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Economics, or Math, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data manipulation skills, familiarity with databases, and ideally SQL. Management Conductor Program
