What are your contributions to the team?
- Identify and create qualified leads to support Sales growth using internal and external sources, commercial databases, market news, and relevant business signals.
- Conduct research on ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, private and public companies, business aircraft owners, fractional aircraft owners, family offices, and liquidity events.
- Assess market signals such as acquisitions, funding rounds, IPOs, divestitures, leadership changes, aircraft activity, fleet growth, and other indicators of potential business aircraft demand.
- Prepare prospect lists, regional deep-dives, company profiles, industry analyses, and ad hoc research outputs for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
- Qualify, enrich, and maintain lead records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy of key fields, contact information, sources, regions, ownership data, and research notes.
- Support data quality checks and lead governance practices to improve commercial readiness, reduce duplication, and support consistent CRM usage.
- Support analyses related to aircraft replacement opportunities, fleet expansion, fractional ownership, website engagement, and other growth drivers.
- Transform market research into actionable insights that help Sales teams prioritize outreach, understand prospect context, and identify potential opportunities.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold, or are pursuing, a university Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management, International Business, Technology, or a related field.
- You have initial relevant experience in research, data analysis, prospecting, CRM, Sales, Marketing, or Market Intelligence.
- You are detail-oriented, curious, organized, and comfortable working with detailed data in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication skills and can synthesize research findings for different audiences.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx, KNIME, or similar tools is an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM, as well as external databases such as PitchBook, FINTRX, AlphaSense, Wealth-X, Hurun, or comparable tools, is an asset.
- You have strong English-language skills, written and spoken. Other languages are an asset.
