Bombardier is hiring a Strategy Analyst, Governance and Strategy, for a full-time onsite role in Quebec. You will translate data and stakeholder inputs into concise insights, drive disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, maintain governance cadences, and produce decision-ready materials for senior leaders. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Programs, Finance, HR, IT, and more, tracking actions and risks while standardizing processes and scaling best practices with digital and AI tools. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in strategy or governance, a relevant bachelor, strong analytics and storytelling, and bilingual French and English; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
