UHN is hiring three permanent Analyst, UKG Workforce Management roles at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, reporting to the Director of Workforce Optimization. The role will support UKG Pro WFM across Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Leave & Accruals, combining business analysis, documentation, testing, data interpretation and user support in a 24/7 healthcare setting. Requirements include an undergraduate degree and 1–3 years in scheduling, timekeeping or WFM, with strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills; UKG Pro WFM experience and knowledge of collective agreements are assets. Position Summary
The Analyst, UKG Workforce Management is a key member of UHN’s Workforce Management team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) across the areas of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Leave & Accruals Management.
The Analyst provides business analysis, documentation, testing, data interpretation, and user support to ensure WFM processes and system configuration accurately reflect operational needs across UHN’s 24/7 clinical and corporate environments. This role works in close collaboration with operational leaders, schedulers, timekeepers, People & Culture, Payroll, Labour Relations, Digital, and the HRIS/WFM project team.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to support digital transformation in workforce management across a large, complex healthcare organization.
