Job Description

As our Junior Ops Data Engineer, you will support the HelloFresh ANZ Operations teams by driving supply chain efficiency and enabling operational complexity through technical automation and insights. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a large impact on HelloFresh Australia & New Zealand customers and our supply chain operations. We are looking for someone self-motivated and curious to own key data pipelines and solve pain points in our operations and supply chain.

This role is based in Auckland and reports to the Senior Manager - Ops Data Engineering ANZ.

You will…

  • Scale our data infrastructure, quality, accessibility, and database efficiency.
  • Create new data pipelines where necessary to enable business growth and new analyses.
  • Identify gaps in our data setup and define forward-thinking solutions.
  • Actively contribute to our data roadmap.
  • Promote data literacy and enablement throughout the organization.
  • Be a team player; collaborate, upskill, and learn from our Engineering team.
  • Work closely with operations key stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Champion and role model HelloFresh’s DNA while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a programming language such as Python or SQL.
  • A track record of learning new languages and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience.
